Job Title: Insolvency Administrator

Salary: 25000 to 32000 GBP pa

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Insolvency Administrator to join our team. As an Insolvency Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the insolvency process for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders, including creditors, debtors, and insolvency practitioners, to ensure that the process is carried out efficiently and effectively.


  • Manage the insolvency process from start to finish, including reviewing financial records, preparing reports, and overseeing creditor meetings

  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted on time

  • Communicate with debtors and creditors to negotiate repayment plans and manage any disputes that arise during the insolvency process

  • Prepare reports for the court and other relevant authorities as required

  • Keep up-to-date with changes to insolvency laws and regulations

  • Work with other members of the insolvency team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard


  • A minimum of 1 years' experience working within a practice in a corporate insolvency role.

  • A strong understanding of insolvency laws and regulations

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure

  • A team player who is able to work collaboratively with others

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • A graduate from an accountancy or business related degree

  • Knowledge of all corporate insolvency case types
